This book is a great resource for an overview of Adlerian psychology. However, it is outdated in examples and terminology.

They use offensive language as it pertains to person first language, and as a rehabilitation counselor, it's hard to ignore. In any case, it does provide good insight into what individual psychology is all by: This book provides an excellent in-depth explanations of Alfred Adler's concepts of individual psychotherapy.
